I think the company is good about trying to fix problem was going to send new cameras. The camera missed a picture of a bobcat bighting on camera once in a lifetime picture, i know because i was watching the bobcat. That is why I didn't want new cameras wasn't willing to try them and miss something else. As you would expect i was so upset. I am impressed with how they have tried to fix the problem. So much so that I would buy and tell others about them a very classy business.

Video downloads very slow. Life of batteries very low. Batteries lasted a little more than 2 days. Camera did not include ac power cord. I guess you'd have to purchase that separately. Wouldn't recommend this camera.

This is my first wildlife camera. We use it to spot bears, deer, and other wildlife in our yard, along with neighborhood cats. Although it took a little work to figure out how to set it up, the Campark staff were wonderful in helping me and answering questions, and now it is working great! We even recently caught a bear on it! Thank you so much!

When I scanned the QR code in the Instruction Manual to install the app for an Android phone, I got an error message. The seller posted a video on how to connect the app to the camera and I searched online for an app with a similar picture.The new app has been working great. I am able to connect to the camera and download pictures and videos. There are a lot of steps to connect the camera to the phone, but these steps seem common to the other trail cameras I have tried.Some of the nice features of this camera is that it has the time stamp with the date and time. You can even set this to military time if you prefer. In my opinion the best feature is the ability to zoom in on the videos. I use this to monitor the feral cat population in my neighborhood. I am able to zoom in to check for a clipped left ear. (A sign to other trappers that they have already been trapped and fixed.) The other nice features of status bar is that it shows the temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. It even shows the current phase of the moon!It comes with both a strap and a little stand. I have been using the stand to keep this off the ground. Because I am using this in my yard I am near a power outlet, so I have ordered a power adapter to save on batteries. The manual lists the correct type of connection to order.Overall this has been working great and gives me cute cat videos to share.
