I love that they where easy to install and worked right out of the box. The video is clear on both my tv and phone. Only issue I have which is minor is that you can only 8x fast max the playback but as I said that is minor.

Cameras do a great job. The NVR is a bit clunky to move around the interface but for the price it does well.

Really impressed with these cameras. Didn’t expect this kind of clarity, especially when switched to HD mode. The mics are sensitive and can pick up audio from quite a distance away. Night vision is very clear as well. Installation is simple other than crawling to the bowels of the attic. Customer service is excellent. I did have an issue with one camera and they sent a replacement out very promptly. I included a pic of the cameras at night. I did make some brightness and contrast adjustments on the dvr and it’s like a black and white version of daytime.

The system itself is very good, but what I really like is the tech support/customer service. I had some difficulty setting up the system only because the TV that I was using as a monitor was old and it turned out was not compatible (definitely not the company's fault!). They helped me trouble shoot that. Then, about 18 months in (after the warranty) I had an issue where the system disconnected and I couldn't get the camera's to sync up again. They stepped me through that and it worked!Finally, the NVR failed to power up at about the 2 year point. I emailed the company and they gave me a few things to try. They told me that if that didn't work, to contact them back and even though it was out of warranty, they could send me a part to fix it free. I'm going to do that now, and I'll update the review if they don't follow through but I fully expect them to!That kind of service is rare indeed!
