Purchased this after seeing some other 4Runner owners praise it. Installation was fairly easy even without instructions. If you’ve installed a head unit before then you should be ok. I enjoy the customization available and use of wireless CarPlay. It’s been in the truck about a month so far and no complaints. I’m going to be replacing the radio in another vehicle with one of these soon.

I bought this because it was the best bang for the buck. The functions on it work well for what you need. CarPlay is awesome, radio is good, Bluetooth works well.The con.. the touch screen will constantly glitch if there is a speckle of dust on it. When I’m listening to the radio the stations will change, volume will go up and down and then it’s as if someone is just taping rapidly all over the place.I wish I could turn the sensitivity down..

I was on the hunt for a decent but also a cost effective replacement for my factory head unit in my 07 Jeep srt8 and this unit did not disappoint. Installation was straight forward, I would suggest soldering all the connections especially for any can-bus cars cause the can-bus systems can be finicky. I downloaded prime video and was watching movies from it and I am in the process of connecting a Roku to it as well and gonna use a obd2 hotspot from t-mobile and a obd2 simulator. Overall this unit is awesome!!!!!
