I have had this for a a little over a year now and here is what I have found with this product. Number 1, support, I reached out via email for a playback issue, and support contacted me right back the next day with a fix, just a firmware update, told me exactly where to get the fix, how to install the fix and followed up after all that to make sure I was working and satisficed. Big bonus for the support, not many companies do that any more. So, the good stuff, the unit is quiet, it is POE for the cameras when they are plugged in directly and the video quality is really good, good enough I can *almost* read tags from 30 yards away on passing cars. The cameras stream well to the app, the playback and record features are easy to use. The app does tend to be flaky when running on an Campark - Focus on Cameras Fire tablet, but that has a lot to do with the crappy OS on the Fire tablet, on my phone they are great, I just like a bigger screen when working on it. The newest firmware fixed the Adobe Flash issue on Web browser viewing, it uses HTML5 now and works in all the browsers I have tried, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave, etc... I included some images from a couple of the cameras daytime and nighttime. The bad... the clock apparently can't use NTP, so if you want the correct time and date, you have to jump into the NVR on the APP to sync your phone time with it, not a big deal, but I wasn't aware of it so my recording time was off after the recent DST change. The windows client isn't great, no zoom functionality on the Windows client which is a hassle, especially when you have the 5MP, but no zoom. Zoom works fine on the Android app. I get motion triggers when the wind blows or a cloud passes by in view, so I had to disable the alerts,. it was alerting all the time. As you can see from the night time shots, if you have it to close to a wall, the IR blinds the camera, not sure what can be done about that, except to keep it away, but I have some tight sightlines I need to get, so I have to deal with that. These things will attract spiders like crazy, dunno why, but I am constantly having to sweep the cobwebs off them.Overall, I am pretty impressed with the whole setup, it is easy, decent quality, affordable, and good support. I would recommend for a home user to keep an eye on stuff. For the price, it is probably the best I have used.

Installation was a snap and most importantly everything worked as it should. Video quality is good and I had an issue with a camera and the tech support was amazing. Do not buy the other cheap DVR brands, spend the extra money and get this, you will not be disappointed.

If you know what you’re buying you’ll be happy when you receive it. A solid days work to drill holes and chase wires but the en result was better than i hoped for. I use blink cameras along with the 24 hour cameras. Blink catches the little motions and you can view the time on the 24hr system reolink. Haven’t needed any tech support yet.

I've installed many different surveillance systems. This system is very good for the money. The mobile app works good. Some differences than some of the higher grade systems but not much to speak of. Motion through video is always been silly if it's not IR backed up. So I don't believe in the motion detection on any camera system that has a good view. The clarity of the picture and the on-screen zoom is great. Rated tech support as a five due to the fact that I didn't need them.
