1. Connect the Bluetooth
Step1: Turn on the trail camera
Step2: On phone APP: Turn on the app and then click"TURN ON BLUETOOTH"
Step3: On phone APP: Choose the camera under "Device List"
2. Connect WIFI
Step1: On phone APP: TURN ON WIFI
Step2: On phone WIFI Setting: Connect with correct WIFI hotspot
Step3: Back to APP after WIFI successful connection, and then click "+" to connect.
Easy troubleshooting
Q: Why the camera won't turn on with batteries installed？
A: Please confirm that the batteries are inserted correctly. And then please switch the hunting camera from the "OFF" mode to the "SETUP" mode. The wifi game camera screen turns on. You can connect the camera to your phone.
Q: The hunting camera works fine, but I cannot connect the app to the WiFi.
A: Please check your phone's system settings, find and scan the app code and let the app access your phone's WiFi and WiFi data. Then try connecting your phone to the camera and finally go to the app to see if you can control it. For more information on the wireless connection, see pages 23 to 32 of the manual.
Q: The wildlife game camera does not record at night or at night.
A: Please check the SD card and batteries. The camera will stop recording when the SD card is full and make sure that your SD card has been formatted successfully. Then check the batteries and make sure the batteries are not weak. (Note: The game camera does not support motion and audible warnings.)
Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries?
A: We recommend using a non-rechargeable battery. The voltage of a non-rechargeable battery is 1.5V and the voltage of a rechargeable battery is 1.2V. When you insert the battery into the hunting camera, some functions will not work properly due to low voltage.
Q: What is the range for WiFi and Bluetooth? What is the range of night vision?
A: The range for WiFi connection can be up to 10-15 meters (33-50 feet), bluetooth range 8-12 meters (26-39 feet) , and night vision is up to 20 meters (65 feet) .
